Trey’s First Day of “School”

The church we’ve been attending in Macon just started a “Parent’s Day Out” program. For a $85/month, Trey gets to go to the daycare from 9am-1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays (yes, I did the math and it is a mere $2.66/hour – not bad for quality childcare!). It is going to be really good for him to get more social time with other kids his age.

Trey is ready to go to his first day at "school", the Parent's Day Out program at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Macon, GA.

Trey poses to have his picture taken by his teacher Jessica on his first day at "school", the Parent's Day Out program at Tabernacle Baptist Church in Macon, GA.Another plus is that the daycare is at the church he is already familiar with and several of his classmates are kids he sees on Sunday morning. He didn’t cry or whine or anything when we dropped him off. In fact, when I arrived to pick him up he told me “not to come in here.”  Guess he had fun!
