Fun in Weberland

My Aunt Karen and Uncle Steve were gracious enough to let stay in their house for most of the week. Having had 9 kids of their own, they are used to a full house. I got sick, so Aunt Karen was doctoring the doctor. Trey had a blast with everyone, especially while playing the drums!

Trey in Amish country

Last Sunday, Trey, my parents and I all went to Lancaster county to visit Amidh country. We saw many many horse drawn buggies, beautiful fields and farms, and even 2 hot air “baboons”! It was a nice day for a Sunday drive.

Trey in Philly

On Monday, Trey and I took my parents to the airport then met my Aunt Karen, my cousin Ryan, and two others in Philadelphia to go to Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. Trey didn’t understand why he could not ring the giant bell so I got him a small one instead. Trey and I also went down to Franklin Square to play on the playground.

Kate+Alex=Love, Trey=Dancing machine

Today, Heidi’s cousin Kate Weber got married. It was a beautiful outdoor wedding. Trey had a blast…even without a nap. He was mostly quiet during the ceremony. Afterwards, he picked up Kate’s train and helped her walk back down the aisle to get pictures. On the dance floor he and Jameson (Heidi’s cousin’s son) were “maniacs”. He did not stop…until he crashed in the car.

Trey the Fish

Today, Granny Sarah took Trey to the pool.  He had a blast, especially when the fountains started shooting up water. The yellow submarine and the rubber ducky (not to be confused with the rubber soul) joined him. What else do you need? just look at that smile!

Uncle David and Aunt Brittany Visit

"I wonder what Mommy is doing..."Over the weekend, Trey’s Uncle David came to town with his newlywed bride, Brittany.  Trey had a great time with them, especially while coloring. David has recently begun pursuing his masters at American University in Washington D.C. They live only 2 hours away from Richmond and were able to spare the weekend to visit, giving Trey another opportunity to get to know his family.
